My name is Ma'atKa Mwamba, I am the founder of the Soul Oasis Network. I am Prenatal/Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and HypnoBirthing Practitioner. I also provide Yoga, light touch massage, aromatherapy and breastfeeding support.
I believe that woman holds within her the gateway to heaven, through her womb emerges divine souls that are a gift from God. It has been my experience that when a woman is in the center of her divine essence, she needs nothing more than simple support and love to birth her child. The same Greatness that we trust to created the child's heart, lungs, vital tissues, and brain during development, does not abandon the mother during delivery. If only we could trust that Greatness during delivery we would experience the bliss of childbirth.
I do not believe that birth is a medical event, It is a spiritually empowering event. It is only when we give up our power and place more trust in others outside of ourselves that we become unempowered. It is my purpose to support women in the effort to secure a beautiful and empowering birth.
